1. Service Description
MomoToon is a mobile comic and manga reader providing curated comic cataloging, chapter reading, local bookshelf organization, reading progress persistence, and smart offline image caching.
2. License to Use
MomoToon grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the application on your personal devices strictly for non-commercial personal appreciation.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- Comic Works & Art: All comic titles, chapters, graphics, character designs, and narratives accessible through the reader belong to their respective copyright holders, authors, or publishers. MomoToon functions as an indexing and reading client and does not claim ownership of third-party content.
- Application Code & Branding: The MomoToon application, including its user interface, interaction architecture, brand identity, and codebase, is the proprietary property of the MomoToon team.
- Restrictions: You may not commercially redistribute, scrape, copy, or rebroadcast comic panels accessed through the application.
4. Copyright Infringement & DMCA Takedown
We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to verified infringement notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe material in the app infringes your copyright, send a written notice containing:
- Physical or electronic signature of the rights owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Specific identification of the infringing material (title, chapter number, screenshot).
- Your contact info: full name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement of good faith belief that the contested use is unauthorized.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code or encryption keys from the app.
- Deploy crawlers, spiders, or automated bots to harvest comic images or backend API responses.
- Tamper with, block, or manipulate advertising mechanisms to falsely trigger reward milestones.
- Disrupt servers, overload infrastructure, or conduct denial-of-service activities.
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose.
6. In-App Rewards & Virtual Perks
- Daily check-in streaks, reading milestones, and ad-free timer perks are virtual, non-monetary privileges.
- They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and are non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue reward mechanics at our discretion.
7. Disclaimers
MomoToon is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously accessible across all network conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MomoToon and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.
9. Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the application. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
